Weeley Bridge - Clacton-on-Sea

Weeley Bridge Holiday Park is a small park situated in the heart of the Essex countryside which has a large fishing lake as its centrepiece and is surrounded by mature woodland. However, the busy seaside resort of Clacton-on-Sea is just 10 minutes away from the park so you can still enjoy the ambience of a holiday at the seaside but then go back to the park to enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the park.

The parks facilities include a heated outdoor pool where you can take part in the Water Resorts programme. There is no indoor pool on the site but you do get free use of the indoor pool at a local park.

Other facilities include Multi-Sports Courts and Sports Resorts programme, adventure playground, amusements arcade, launderette and Lakeside Tavern & Takeaway.

There is also the Sparky’s Krew kids club for 5 to 11 year olds with plenty of activities to keep them occupied. There is no shop on the site so you will need to go into one of the nearest town or villages to buy any essentials you might need during your stay.

During Bank Holiday weekends and other peak weeks, the Lakeside Tavern presents visiting stars to provide live shows for your entertainment. At other times, the entertainment programme is a lot more relaxed and could include shows from the Sparky’s Krew, a disco, karaoke and of course some games of bingo. You can also play a game or two of darts of pool in the bar area.
